Raid Days/Times: Tues/Thurs 8-11 pm ST with a hard stop at 11pm.
Loot System: Onslaught - You prepare a Loot List of all the gear you want from the Phase, assigning each piece a numerical value. Points are added for sign-ups and the last 6 weeks of attendance. Lists are compiled into the Master Spreadsheet, which is published in Discord. When loot drops, it is offered to whomever has the highest value for that item. If that person passes, it will be offered to the player with the next highest value. There are no penalties for minor upgrades and no favoritism.
