Hey there! Evolve is a horde raiding guild on Area 52. Iâm not gonna spam you with the guild recruitment post so Iâll just give you the tldr. Most of us have been CE raiders for a very long time. Took a break from raiding cuz weâre old and life happens. Weâre reforming with our solid core and looking for a few more reliable raiders to fill in the gaps for mythic. After our second week back weâre at 8/8H and with a few reliable additions weâll be in mythic and looking strong to push for CE in 8.1. We raid Tues/Wed 8pm-11pm EST. We have a very laid back family feel and joke and tease each other like siblings. Within the first week of joining us youâd learn a lot about most of us and hear plenty of stories as to how inside jokes came about. Most of us play other games together as well and enjoy doing M+ and things outside of raid and hanging out in discord when we can. We want to push mythic but weâre not hardcore about it and prefer to keep our family like vibes. Weâd rather kill a boss a little slower than some if it means not being jerks to one other. Guild Atmosphere
We have mostly adults here, averaging about 30 in age. Weâre still plenty immature at times and we have lots of fun. Thereâs some dry humor, a meme channel in Discord and hidden bot commands to troll each other. Weâre a family here. We spend the day chatting in Discord chat from our phones or work until people start getting home and logging in. We have people with children and families and share complaints about cranky children and spouses. We are a highly active community of people. If you joined Rally, you could physically raid 5 nights a week and a lot of people do. We bring alts to other raids or even raid the same raids again despite loot lockouts because itâs just fun to hang with these people and smash !@#$ together.
We are looking to recruit people who fit into our group well and get along. We are looking for people who care and want to learn and get better or are already skilled but lack the time to dedicate to hardcore raiding as well. Whether you still want to push progression or just want to raid once a week for fun and minimal pressure, please apply!

About Our Raid Teams
âNot Idealâ is recruiting for our raiding teams! We have 2 different raiding teams; Heroically Ideal and Morituri.
Heroically Ideal is our Heroic raiding team. We raid on Tuesday from 7-9pm and Friday at 7-10pm server time (PST)(10pm-12am and 10pm-1am EST respectively). Our goal is to push AotC every raid tier. We achieve this by progressing through the Normal version of the raid and then through the Heroic version. This is our âSemi-casualâ raiding team.
We are currently recruiting a Priest, dps Warrior, WW Monk, Havoc DH, and a mage.
Morituri (Those who are about to die) is our Mythic raiding team. We raid on Saturday and Sunday from 7pm-10pm server time (PST) (10pm-1am EST). Our goal is to push Cutting Edge of every raid tier. This is our âSemi-hardcoreâ raiding team.
We are currently recruiting dps Warriors, Warlocks, as well as a Mage, Havoc DH, a dps DK, Ret Paladin, and finally a Restoration Druid and Holy Paladin.
General Expectations
~Harassment of any kind is not tolerated. Our biggest policies can be summed up to âKeep it Classy.â We like being nice.
~As far as raiding goes, we expect you to be present, on time, and ready to do your best. We care more about your ability to work within a team than your numbers, and we would rather see someone solidify boss and class mechanics than top the dps or healing charts.
~We use Discord for voice comms. We donât expect you to talk, but we need you to be able to hear raid callouts.
~Many of our guild members are in/above their mid 30s; while we certainly donât have an age limitation, any childish nonsense is not going to be a good fit.
We may be Not Ideal, but we always strive for perfection!
