I completed the 9/9 Dragonflight campaign after obtaining renown 24 with the Dragonscale expedition. Disappointingly, there was no reward, no clear way forward, and only a ambiguous quest log message “continue to raise renown with other factions to continue the campaign.” But I thought I just finished the campaign? My quest log is showing 9/9 campaign progression. Is this another bug? Need guidance from a Game Master. Thank you.
There may be more coming when 10.1 launches on May 2nd.
Each renown faction has their own lore and story line campaign that is separate from the main story line. These aren’t mandatory to complete the main story and most of them are done by side quests in each of their respective zones. You can check your achievements to see which you’ve completed and what you might want to do. These are optional but add to their stories and reputations.
Here is a list of the Renown Faction and the Achievement for tracking those individual campaigns:
Dragonscale Expedition - Sojourner of The Walking Shores
Iskaara Tuskar - Sojourner of The Azure Span
Maruuk Centaur - Sojourner of Ohn’ahran Plains
Valdrakken Accord - Sojourner of Thaldraszus
Besides the above, the last patch released the new Zone - The Forbidden Reach. There you can continue the story, do new quests, and improve gear. You should have a couple of breadcrumb quests in Valdrakken that will send you to The Forbidden Reach.

I’m 9/9 and exalted with all factions minus the new island which isnt required.

perhaps if you posted with the account in question, instead of just spamming with alts from the same account, someone may be able to pinpoint an issue.

the only “reward” for the achievement, is 15 achievement points.
(and everything else you’ve earned along the way)
when you logged in after the patch, you should have been given a quest to move on to new content.
you can do that, or you can (as your log says) continue to raise renown with the other factions.
you don’t need to play the game a specific way, or in a particular order.
