9.2 Datamining has begun

Honestly, as Players, we have dealt out more death than any entity to ever exist in the universe, so maybe we deserve that role.

She still died… so why would she no longer be undead?

I think I am going to try to reserve judgement on Arbiter Pelagos until I know the context… but for now it is just… hmmm…

He does at least have some personality qualities I would want in a judge; he for sure isn’t the sort of guy who would ever send anyone to the Maw.

You really like stirring the pot don’t you  can you imagine how angry people would be.

My theory was that Sylvanas eyes turning blue was the start of her being cured, because that would actually have impact. We see now that it’s just a narrative signifier for red=bad and blue=good.

Just have a weird sense of humor.

So basically a meme speculation kinda like the Jaina Dreadlord era. I wish I would have recognized it at the start, I thought homeboy was for real.

The thought of Ve’nari as the Arbiter as this in my head now.

Quest Rule Number17: Behold for I am God!

Description: I never imaged our partnership would lead me to becoming the Arbiter. In honor of our partnership, I shall let choose where your soul shall resides when you finally pass on.

Finish: <You take comfort in knowing that Ve’nari’s transformation has ensured that she will take the task seriously and take comfort in knowing the choice for the end is up to you.>

Perhaps you have trouble seeing things in the story that everyone else can.

They could use that as a way to get people unbanned. If you get permabanned your soul gets sent to the Maw, but you could pay Arbiter Ve’nari 100 bucks to get out.

I am pretty sure the Helm of the Arbiter is the key here. PResumably it is what is actually doing most the work automagically and Pelagos is more like the observer/administrator who can override its decisions.

I’m just glad all those Dark Lady watch over us ā€œleaksā€ can be called out now.

So sort of like a emotional aspect to a machine? Like the Helm of the Arbiter is prepared to condemn a soul to the Maw and Pelagos can argue against the merits of it and potentially get it sent to Revendreth?

They’re workshopping a similar system for the forums when they realized that Erevien alone could single handedly fund Kotick’s legal defense

Nah MoP was aight except the constant flip flopping of the Purge during PTR cycle and went live with inconsistencies they had to Hotfix later

I’d say the Purge Onward was when the Datamining Horror began

I thought it likely because it’d be the easiest way to Illidan Glass Box her

She’s too popular to Perma Kill

Maybe who knows, this is an objectively bad story.

If it were a book, you could not follow along

kinda yeah, I suspect under an Arbiter Pelagos all souls will be given a chance to redeem themselves, no questions asked.

She would demand at least 800 stygia.
