Aren’t most NF monks Mistweavers? How much damage would this conduit have to add before MW monks would be willing to give up a potency slot for it?
I know I still won’t use it when I heal and the only way I’d use it as WW is if it adds more damage to Faeline Stomp than calculated strikes adds to a Dance of Chi-Ji SCK.
Anyone else feel like the conduit needs a complete rework, not just a number adjustment?
I don’t think Mistweaver would ever give up potency for a damage increase, unless it was utterly broken.
Overall I would probably agree that the conduit needs a rework.
i use it ( as WWer ), and it does more damage than a FOF most of the time. with the lego belt and it chain proccing the damage and healing it puts out are pretty great. with blizz doubling it, its gonna be doing some beefy damage. i pretty much have a glitterstomp every 5-7 seconds in runs atm.
Most MWs are venthyr atm, at least those pushing keys and raiding, the venthyr leggo is very powerful. I think the mana cost of fae line needs to be adjusted, it’d be a lot better if it wasn’t so expensive.
Faeline is hands down my favorite ability, and if they were going to integrate any spells for us to keep after Shadowlands, I hope it’s the one.
That being said, most MWs are currently either Kyrian or Venthyr. I was a stomper all through Nathria, but the gap between abilties as our power moved up got a lot bigger. The conduit does absolutely nothing for healing, so it generally won’t have a place in most MW trees.
