It will be hard for me to give up Cheetah form but I was hoping they they go oldschool and use something from Durator/Eastern Kingdoms like some Plainstriders from Mulgore.

Faerie Dragon maybe. We’ve already got birds and bats, there’s less good small flying things, and I don’t think we’re gonna get drake form.

would rather have blizzard/activision address the overrall state of the game, the loss of playerbase, the culture of harassment, than distract us with new character models. this is just a cheap way to placate people. dont let it work.

I would rather we be able to have nice things and be able to distinguish the fact that different teams work on different stuff and so multiple goals are not mutually exclusive.

Honestly, before new forms, I’d like to have an updated cheetah as well as the ability to choose between lunarwing and regular flight form without having to go to the barber shop. It’s always kind of bothered me that lunarwing counts as our class mount, but we have to replace other forms we like in order to use it. There’s a separate mount option for stag, so why not with flight form?

Almost any of the cats that you can find around azeroth I’d love. Especially the snow leopards.

This one might be reaching a little far, but i’ve been wanting an emerald drake for flight form! Could be rideable the same as the lunarwing.

Honestly, I’d love for them to look into balance druid forms. You either have to be an obese walking bird or be encased entirely of ethereal sparkly blue (both of which hinders your true mog - which c’mon, we all know pretty much everyone likes to make mogs).

Healers can show off their true mog in combat. Ferals have a TON of cat options to choose from. Tanks have a TON of bear options to choose from. But balance has two. When there are more AQUATIC forms to choose from then an actual COMBAT spec that you use far more than you swim… c’mon now…

My idea is this ( and it doesn’t have to be to the T ) -

(if you’ve actually forgotten or just dont know what a druid looks like in fantasy, a simple google image search can just show some small, simple, & quick examples of what could be)

In the barbershop, it could be a custom choosing of any options I’m about to list of what your druid can look like for your balance form (just like how you want or do not want scars/foliage in hair/etc when choosing your characters natural look).

  • Some druids can have their skin turn into bark/roots/wood (which would naturally tie into the moonkin buff of increased armor when in that form) and you can choose whether it’s just your legs, arms, chest and/or face. As well as options to have moss on them.

  • Leaves/Roots just around the feet/ankles and/or hands/wrist

  • “Shoulder pads” of leaves representing like half a wreath around your neck

  • Root horns (similar to that of the stag form) with different sizing/look options

  • Roots/Leaves coming from your back.

That’s just some simple examples and would help those who play Balance (like me) a ton, and have always wished to have their mog more naturally seen in combat. (and in this case, could actually help more (mogs) to fit a druid caster look since druid casters tend to be naturally looking like themselves but infused with nature and holding a staff)

Again, these are just examples. Either take them at face value or use them to spark more interesting ideas to play off of in terms of future druid/balance additions to the game.

And honestly, it ain’t even that farfetched of an idea to do.
You literally have cats engulfed in flames walking around like business as usual, and bears lookin’ like RGB PC case fans in the game, but no naturally lore looking damage caster druids? C’mon now…

Side note: Something not specifically related to balance, but there being an option/glyph that wherever you walked, grass and/or flowers would grow from the ground by your feet (honestly would tie more into Restoration Spec)
