Keep up adding new customization options per patch (in both .5 and .0 patches) and add troll beards and Iâll resub.

Btw Actualy Timewalking is really interesting content if only more rewarding to a player.
Its like create old game remake to these day and the big problem is how to make it sucsessfull and attract all players to doing it for reward, achivement, pride, and the most of all is for fun coz people enjoy it.
Amazing changes so far. Keep it up! Bring back the game we all love!

I honestly donât see anything the community has been asking for. For years. Probably the only thing is the change to the Void Elves. I been asking for a short nub/stub tail for Lightforged Draenei so I have a reason to create one. It makes a difference between the two races. On the topic of tails Iâve seen another community request be completely ignored which is Worgen tails. Nightborne and fixing them has been a big outcry since they were released (2018 or 2019) , why not very many people created them. Iâm not seeing proper fixes still⌠That was on the topic of customization.
So tbh and stating it calmly I am not really seeing anything the community has been asking for. Again for years.
I like the covenant update. The conduits seem to be something a lot asked for, but tbh everyone asked for this before the expansion was even released. So that was a couple years tooâŚ
Legion timewalking that was something I looking forward to. Still that will be available for the rest of the games entirety. I feel that is late being implemented.
Maw intro skippable is nice.
Allied races not having to run dungeons to unlock is good. I think a lot of people will feel the same way about this⌠they shouldâve already did this. I honestly would just let new players select whatever class they want when they are on customer creation screen with no requirements.
Trying to add more relevance to Torghast is good. Not sure if I am reading that correctly but it seems like it will be a place to level.
I would like to see more positive progress, but will see when the patch actually happens. I thought customizations were going to be better at SL launch (I thought we were just getting shown little tidbits) and it wasnât. So I didnât purchase the expansion nor play. (It was one of the reasons) This time for a patch I am less optimistic. Itâs not all bad. Just seems pretty minuscule. I want the company to understand, with minimal effort⌠you are more than likely going to get a minimal reception from the audience. Saying that as soft as I can.

A few items I would like to see. All of which go off of the âDevelopment Update: A Message to the WoW Communityâ post, â⌠play the way you want.â
1: Allow players to create a race in the character selection screen. Remove the class selection system from the character selection screen, and add the class selection in the game. Keep the class restrictions for each race, just allow players to change to any specialization in-game. This will potentially reduce the amount of alts players make, allow for more character customization, and allow more character investment per character / account.
2: Please allow Survival Hunters to utilize the Lone Wolf talent. There will need to be adjustments to some of the talents. This is a much desired change for the specialization. Additionally please allow Survival Hunters the ability to use all weapons again. Not just 2h weapons. We used to use 1h weapons, along with our ranged weapons in the first copy of World of Warcraft. That was the fantasy of the class. They use anything at their disposal to survive.
3: The Epic Battlegrounds, and Normal Battlegrounds are some of the most engaging PvP content World of Warcraft has these days. Please focus more on this content with better map designs to the current maps (we donât need to always have more, when the current content needs improvements), gameplay (revamps needed for AV - tired of players running past each other at start of battle - push them into each other), and update the old rewards from gathering reputation with the Epic BG, and BG factions to current content item levels. This content is meant to be repeatable, thus the NPCâs rewards should reflect that.
4: Solo Queue for Rated Battlegrounds, and Arenas. Add a solo queue system for rated PvP for those who wish to climb the ladder without having to always find someone themselves. This system was in the game when World of Warcraft first came out as players tried to reach Grand Marshal, or High Warlord. Please allow players to hit queue, then match them with another player, or players.
5: Allow 10 player raids to run Mythic raid content. Another request would be to remove some of the difficulty levels in raiding. We have Mythic raiding, Heroic raiding, Normal raiding, and Looking for Group raiding. Please remove some of these levels as they are adding clutter. The complexity in raiding should be steeper. Either the players entering the raid can complete the content in the raid, or they canât. That is the point of the raid content. Itâs there to test your skills, not allow everyone to enter the content.

None of it is untrue.
DH have just glaives as their iconic weapon, all the way back to Illidan in TBC, and the DH NPCs, and the warglaives only were swords because there was no warglaive wep and no DH PCs, and I do prefer they stay only to DH. So nothing I said was untrue there champ.
So you knew all these things were what people wanted in the beginning, and now that youâre bleeding subs and suffering bad press you finally patch the game how it shouldâve been on release?
These are great changes but canât help but feel like you only listen to your player base when itâs only convenient for you.

Iâve been wondering if J. Allen Brack had something to do with the ripcord not getting pulled. It has long felt like many game design decisions were being made by an executive who cares more about keeping players logged in instead of making the game fun to play.
After all, J. Allen Brackâs been in charge of Blizzard during both BfA and Shadowlands, both expansions having been among the worst expansions put out for WoW. Seems like thereâs a direct correlation between J. Allen Brackâs tenure as Blizzard CEO and the big spikes of layers upon layers of timegate mechanics and design decisions to artificially increase time played metrics that have been plaguing WoW since BfA.
Shadowlands has been the worst expansion ever in regards to the sheer amount of artificial timegates that drag out playtime far beyond what it should be for many activities, including outright removal of many past quality of life improvements from previous expansions like Legion (no Flight Master Whistle for Shadowlands zones) and BfA (having to deal with Anima as physical items in bags AND having to take them to the Covenant sanctuaries to manually deposit them through an NPC).

One suggestion Iâd make for the PTR is this:
Let us make any max level character on the PTR regardless if we have it or not on our live account. I remember back in WoTLK I could make any class on the PTR and test different things.
I understand that in some instances, new leveling systems will need testing. This could easily be done by simply putting a message on the PTR, âWe would like more data on X, please consider testing this out.â or by disabling the max-level character âcreationâ feature. Or by only allowing testing of a certain thing on a certain day (a la raid testing).

So is the new Legion time walking event mythic only?
I hope not.
This doesnât erase the entire year of complete and utter failure due to incompetence and ignorance, but atleast youâre letting Shadowlands end on a better note than it started on.
Please do something youâve yet to do in years, and learn a lesson from this. DO NOT repeat these same mistakes with the next expansion.
Itâs become clear to everyone inside and outside of World of Warcraft that things have become dire for the game, and if you follow up BfA and Shadowlands with another bad expansion, I fear the damage done with be irreparable.
Listen to your players, and fire any developer working on this game that has some malcontent for the playerbase and their ideas, leading them to make terrible decisions out of some misplaced self-righteousness.

Blizzard, how about untying hunter pet spec (ferocity/tenacity/cunning) like it used to be?
That would make your hunters very happy. Weâd like to use the pet WE want, not the pet that you think we should use.

Rewarding the behavior will just continue this cyclical process. They will not learn as apologists will continue to give in, as such the current âpull the rip cordâ mentality will continue for the foreseeable future.

The only reason I didnât give up after 2 months of this expac like I did in BFA for the same reasons is simply because I have a guild who raids and does mythic plus. This game offers nothing else of value unless you like chores.
