I agree it’s a change that’s come far too late, this should of been done in 9.0.5, yet it’s better than not changing at all. So let’s at least celebrate the fact that they actually made a good change that will allow players to flex their toons however they want and to their technical full potential. As in the case for my ret spec kyrian is literally the go to due to the sheer amount of holy power and damage it generates.

Nothing really special here.
Bunch of skips for alts.
Removal of Conduit Energy.
Mix and Match transmog and mounts.
Most of the updates are just setting changes.
Ohh, and the we should have listened line. This happens every time. They never do at first and then a year later they say “we should have listened”. Funny how they still tried to defend why Conduit Energy was good. Just a bunch of empty words. They never learn.
No changes on Korthia gear.
Can’t purchase Korthia gear (im not talking about the 1K Stygia random piece).
You can do an entire daily clear of Korthia and not get a single piece to drop (rares included)
Still have that obnoxious Tier rep to deal with.
Still have to deal with Lost Stygia within Korthia because you died near The Maw zone line that makes the system think you actually died in The Maw.
Gems should be freely replaceable in a Domination Socket having it destroy the prior one in the process. NOT have to shell out a large amount of Stygia to do it. Only if you want to keep the prior gem should you have to purchase that item.
Lastly the Legendary item system is trash. I still do not have any, and never will with this garbage can of a system.
Make some real changes, not just fluff.

There are still some things that need to be adressed though:

Threat needs an overhaul. People don’t play how they used to in wrath. People just want to go as fast as possible as hard as possible. And with the level differences as well as ilvl diffrences, it makes it really hard for tanks to deal with higher geared DPS’s threat generation. Please do something about it! Especially for bears! Please! Dungeons are not fun when you have to constantly deal with a high geared DPS ripping all your agro all the time on everything just because they won’t throttle their damage.

Make old content solable! I still need a group to do legion raids!?! No one wants to do them because it requires a group. Making old content soloable would help keep subscribers and give us something else to do.
This is only some of the things I can think of, but not the last. You’re doing a great job and have shown us that you’re listening. Please keep it up!

While it is good to see the changes, it worries me that they still think the covenant restrictions were a good idea at the start… “the advantages of a rigid division between Covenants have diminished since Shadowlands launched”… there was never any advantage, sorry.
Anyway, good job. Do not make this mistake again.

I’m probably supposed to be mad somehow… but I am excited about the ability to switch covenants without losing everything at the one. I’m not leveling 3 more druids for each covenant… I’m not even playing a spec beyond guardian… 1 toon, 1 spec, I can farm all those leather xmogs! woiohoo!

I’m a little surprised they didn’t address the “make old content soloable” problem. That seems like a relatively easy and relatively popular fix.

i think they will only scale their ilevel more while in pvp. RIght now low-level pvp scales to 210, i think that now i can scale to 220 or 225 or something like that

Everything here is awesome, however there is one pretty glaring absence: heritage armor for some of the remaining races. Ion said you guys wanted to keep that as a x.x.5 patch feature, but this is the second x.x.5 patch of SL and there doesn’t seem to be any coming.
