9.1 - What are the Renown catch-up mechanics?

So far all I’ve noticed with 9.0.5 was double Renown from the covenant campaign. What are the additional catch up mechanics for 9.1, if any?

Double campaign I thinks the big difference. I went from 8-42 last week from doing lfr, campaign, wb, and a few dungeons on an alt.

Nice! I had a similar situation with this toon, but I went from like 29 to 40 with it before I noticed there double renown from the covenant campaign quests.

I hit 60 on an alt around a week ago. I 've played him a total of …I dunno, I’d estimate 10 hours over the course of the past week.

I’m already at renown 31. It’s crazy how fast it is. I get them for callings, I get 2 of them for every chapter. I’ll get them from dungeons, nearly anyplace. I literally couldn’t keep up with the campaign because I was getting renown too fast.

So, while I don’t know the exact mechanics, I can tell you this much: You don’t have to worry about it. It’s super fast.

idk about the maw world boss but the old world boss gave me 3 renown last week.

i think emissaries are guaranteed to give renown now if you’re behind.

Wow, 3? That’s awesome. Guaranteed renown from the emissaries would be great too.

Side note, I also noticed that on my characters who were at 40 or 41, the redeemed souls quest gave a renown level as reward. Wasn’t proccing for my toons who were renown 42 though.

Nope, no cap until you reach 40, and even then, you can get to 45 if you do all of the Korthia questing and assaults (plus your weekly anima quest).
