So, there’s those new “dreadlord” looking models on the ptr. They’re basically fleshy stoneborn. We’ve seen creatures of stone become flesh before, courtesy of the old gods’ curse of flesh. Is there some similar going on here perhaps?

Denathrius is said to have created the Dreadlords. There’s a bunch of connections in 9.0 and now in 9.1.
Yeah for sure. That seems beyond any doubt. But I was speculating specifically about the curse of flesh. And whether some similar voidy power was used to change the stoneborn to fleshy.
Or the Stoneborn are made in the image of Dreadlords. There’s no “curse of flesh” going on here.
Perhaps the dreadlords were former stone born with some blood magic evolving them into the demons we see today. Perhaps they have a shape shifting aspect to blend in to the different armies. The book said that they hated the fel but had to act like demons?
I believe that one of the WoW youtubers mentioned there being dreadlords on Korthia.
