For pve or pvp?

This is extremely interesting

I think all. I’ll wait to hear Kalamazi and see what he thinks.

The death of SE alone is enough to be major in a positive way

It’s a talent now so it looks like they may be trying to work a single target version of affliction where you would run a shadows embrace talent.

I hope that’s the case as I really enjoy affliction.

Btw
These are pve changes. I checked on wowhead. The pvp section doesn’t mention warlocks at all.

Sow the seeds might be the new go-to for M+. 25% is no joke, and it’d let you run writhe to really capitalize on that agony buff, and now there’s more corruption damage on top.

That new conduit for fat drain souls might also lead to some necrolord shenanigans. We’ll see.

I’d like to see the cast time on seed of corruption reduced more than the damage increase but i guess we’ll have to see.

Isn’t that the second buff to Dark Pact?

I took one look at that and thought hot damn thet REALLY want us picking Dark Pact

It’s been low key strong since bfa at least. It just doesn’t have as many contexts as burning rush or debatably demon skin.

I agree. I don’t take Burning Rush because I have goblin Rocket Jump which tends to accomplish the same goal for me (when circles and gates aren’t used already), and I’ve seen the strength of Dark Pact before, but, I’ve always just gone Demon Skin because it’s more spread out mitigation, one less button to push, makes healers lives a little easier etc.

With Dark Pact getting this much stronger, though? Not gonna lie, it’s tempting me to take it. As you said it’s already good as it is, but with the shield getting as beefy as it is, kinda lowkey want to see if it’ll let me just turret through certain mechanics. Probably not, and would probably be better off used as an extra defensive for stuff like Impale or soaking on Denathrius, but the lazy bastard in me just wants to be able to stand in more stuff.

A step towards a right direction for good ol’ Darkglare.

SE is the same tier as haunt again so it’ll probably never be picked.

This makes me happy. Between this and the Agony buff, I’m glad that the dots are gonna hit harder again…Though it’s still way too early to tell.

I am really pleased with these changes. The conduit will scale back quite a bit but still the changes to the toolkit will still make it feel better to play over all i think… for me at least.

I feel like the changes are actually relevant. a buff to agony and corruption and then also darkglare cd being more in line with other stuff. rapture nerf and the shadow embrace initial change didn’t bode well but these changes might actually make the dots feel like they’re doing something.
