No, you don;t. Because Windspeaker’s already gets kills. EE is just ADDING MORE DAMAGE ON TOP. It’s not needed to secure kills.
Windspeakers is already capable of bursting down targets without EE. You lose ZERO BURST DAMAGE.
EE gains 15% dmg in a win more condition. The target is already dead without EE.
Please just stop being stupid for 1 day. It can’t be that hard.
You are equating something that you don’t need to secure kills, to something that can net you an extra 800k healing for ZERO MANA COST. The GCDS already exist in the rotation to be used for utility, so CoD doesn’t even take away from your burst combos or damage output. They aren’t even in the same league, in regards to a 2nd legendary.
In a world of solo legendary, Windspeaker and EE are both better than CoD.
