Rating each of the mogs that have been shown so far on the leak.

Maldraxus Cloth set: Really good looking on its own. I don’t see how it would work well with other sets, but that mask may just make the entire set worth it.

Ardeanweald Mail / Leather(?): By far the worst one of those shown here. That helmet is cool, but there’s not much substance in the rest of the set. Its just remarkably flat and boring compared to the other sets.

Bastion cloth: Definitely good. It looks a bit too much like a priest set, but considering what the kyrian are, that’s actually fine. I sort of like it.

Venthyr Cloth (Yes, it is Venthyr. Looks just like a Revendreth outfit): it is, once again, a fairly niche set but well designed. Not sure how it will look on male characters because…Well yeah…but it does have the details necessary to make it both good looking and some of the pieces should fit fairly well into other sets.

Venthyr Leather / Mail(?): Actually the best set here. It has detail split around it, highlights which give it substance, a full blown crown, and it should work well with most other sets. it is actually the best one here.

Any other thoughts?

I think that thing on the far right is absolutely heinous, tbh. Looks like a crafted blue set or something. Generic and unimaginative garbage.

I like the Maldraxxus helm, but I won’t be using any of the rest of those shown.

It’s weird that this stuff looks way more ordinary and plain than the covenant sets that we already have. Feels like it should’ve been backwards.

Also, that Venthyr robe is a poor substitute for the gorgeous dresses that Venthyr women get. I still want one!

I like the chest piece, but I’d rather have it in mostly dark grey/black with silver highlights. Don’t really want it in red.

Since they are just transmog, I wonder if they will be a “robe” set and a “pants” set or if the “venthyr cloth” the OP saw is actually from a new, fifth covenant, or some sort of new faction for 9.1 that everyone gets.

Also, it seems there’s a little abdominal cut out on the night fae one. Just wanted to note that.

The chest is nice. Everything else looks like a generic plate set. Those shoulders especially are just…what? Looks like something I’d get from a starting zone quest reward.

these sets do not look good. they all look like generic dungeon sets.
hopefully the one on the far right is used by any class because it looks a bit decent.

they didnt even try. heritage armor when?

None of the sets are cloth or mail or whatever. They’re cosmetic. Every armor type can wear them and they can be customized between robes or normal chest plates.

I think they all look good. I would rather have all these mixed in to dungeon loot tables than standalone cosmetic outfits

Same, but those antlers… everything on the sets neck down though…just bland…really really bland. But with luck that just means resources are being diverted to class sets.
