So I’m fairly new to rated PvP, but has anyone else been having issues getting queues to pop. For context, I play exclusively Resto, and I was able to get about four games in on the release of the patch (all of which bombed), but haven’t had a single queue pop in the weeks since, regardless of whether or not it’s peak time. Is this normal?
What mmr was your last game? Because games below 1200 mmr usually has these problems
It’s been a few weeks so I’m not sure. Is there a way to check that in game? My rank is still 0, so I’m assuming I haven’t gotten through placement yet.
Yes so if you did a few games and lost them at 0 cr, you’re most likely in a bracket there’s almost no one queuing so they’re going to be very long and you just have to hope you win the next one to try to get out of that hole
There is an addon called MMR Tracker that let’s you see what your personal MMR is at anytime.
Ah, I was afraid of that. Looks like I’ve manage to brick this character then. Guess I’ll just hope a queue pops at some point.

Kinda ridiculous that it does this. I can’t ever play an alt because i’m looking at min 30 min queues to even get something to pop.
I lost my first 11 placements in a row and found out about an entire new mmr bracket below 1000.
That said I think my worst queue was around 36 minutes.
Queue with someone. Dont solo Q blitz especially as a healer. You will receive no peels and no one will listen to you. Mine is around 1700 but I can queue with a healer lower rated and we don’t get pops higher then 10 mins. Better yet queue with another healer. Did some last night with double healer and we completely controlled a WSG despite half our team being literal bots and 2 of them arguing while AFK.
One heal was monk and was FC and I was disc healing the bots mid and pulling for my monk once he was halfway back.
also dont spam queue an RNG gamemode either. You will just lose and tilt and never get back the losses. We queue 2s in between because you can get a few pops inbetween the blitz queue.
