recent beta change for Frost Mage legendary clearly showed Dev did not play their own game, 90 Frostbolt to get a proc, that is every 4 minute. Its 9.0 not Classic for pete’s sake.
if ATVI could not handle this IP, sell it to google, like Micorsoft for Bethesda

Frostbolt has a 2s base casting time. With haste it’s less than 2s. So 90 frostbolts is roughly 180s = 3 minutes. If we take flurry procs into account it will be less than 3 minutes.
It is a big nerf in comparison to the its previous state. The orb we lunch after 90 frostbolts can be avoided in the same way FO can
To be fair on this note, things are kind of bonkers right now. Shadowlands is hardly the only game / media to get bumped back due to covid.
I’m hoping with the flurry cast this would be less painful but 90 still feels absurdly high and some of fires legendaries got nerfed and they’re already doing terribly to begin with lol

Anyone would be better than activision. Even EA would be preferable to the horrible, ego-fuelled, narcissistic embarassing failure that is activision. Well unless they use the conduit that stacks and reduces frostbolt cast by 50% during icy veins, use thermal void to increase duration of icy veins, use other conduit that reduces cooldown of icy veins when it crits on frozen targets and suddenly you have a frostbolt machine gun
They just want to make sure everyone’s legendaries are as fun as Balance’s are currently.
