Hi,

Looking for a progression guild for palace that can meet the following criteria:

2 days very highly preferable: any of Tues/Weds/Thurs
Raids that end at or before midnight CST (6-8 hours/week)
Minimum 9/9 CE (dont really care about CoS)
Staying Horde very highly preferable (open to server transfer)

Brief introduction: I’ve been playing warlock since the heady days of vanilla, ups and downs of the different raid tiers. Have CE in most of the recent expansion encounters except for highmaul, hellfire and tomb. Some realm firsts, along with both the kill sinestra/raden on first try with no deaths achievements earned during current content. Strong mechanical player, always seeking to improve and bring my best to each encounter. Otherwise very laid back, not seeking to be the center of attention or be the cause of anything that detracts from the group.

The week after our first Jaina kill, we were able to reclear fully within 5.5 hours. We’ve consistently recleared in under 5 hours since then, with our latest clear being in 3 hours (1 night).

Currently 9/9M BoD [ce] , 2/2H CoS 9/9H BoD, 8/8M Uldir [ce] , 11/11M Antorus [cutting edge]. We are #1 server on our server group.

Currently US 140 for Mythic BoD. Killed Jaina multiple times before the hardcore nerfs and reclear her every week.

Recruitment Needs for Mythic: (Transfer Required) 1 disc+holy priest, 1 holy paladin, 2 ranged dps(strong preference for warlock, ele sham, s priest) 1 dps with strong tank off spec, prefer monk or warrior… Potentially 1 stud melee player. Anyone talented regardless of class/spec will be considered. Do not be shy to apply even if you are not one of our high priority classes.

We also recruit normal and heroic only raiders for our normal and heroic raids. We have many awesome less hardcore players that join us for heroic and normal to learn from our mythic raiders. This is a very active and growing guild. Our raiders do not just log on to raid and than disappear.

Guild Goals: To full clear mythic BoD in a timely competitive fashion (US 250 Minimum) [COMPLETED; cut our US ranking in HALF] and all future mythic raid tiers going forward in a quick and competitive manner. We set our goals and then we do what it takes to meet them. We do meet our goals. Period. We started antorus 6 months late and burned our way through cutting edge Antorus. This IS a cutting edge raiding guild with structure and organization.

Raid Schedule
[Mythic] Thursday 8:30pm-10:30pm cst
[Mythic] Sat/Sun 3:30-7:30 pm central.
[Heroic] Tuesday is our heroic night for our mythic raiders/sales run 8:30 central to 11:00pm. This run is optional but highly recommended for gear sharing.
[Heroic] Wednesday- Open to our heroic team raiders, mythic raiders, and mythic raider alts. run 8:30 central to 11:00. This team full clears heroic easily as well.
[Normal] Friday open to anyone 8:30 central to 10:00.

We push people to get 1 heroic clear and 1 mythic 10 plus a week done. This is * required for our mythic raiders. As long as there is forging in the game people should be fishing for titanforges.

More about the guild: We do it all, we aren’t just raiders. We are extremely active guild, the most active on the server, and more active than most servers/guilds. Our people do not just log on for raids once or twice a week. Our average age range is 28-35. We enjoy PvP- arenas, rbgs, bgs, wpvp, Mythic+, achievements. We have a very laid back but like to get stuff done kind of atmosphere when it is not raid time. When it is raid time, we get focused and serious and competitive in a non toxic results oriented manner. Very active and supportive guild filled with awesome human beings. Our raiders are competitive players always striving to better themselves. Flasks and feasts and vantus runes are provided for all progression raiding. We constantly analyze logs and push for improvement. We do not settle for mediocrity in any of our members so by being a part of this guild you will become a better player and person. We’re a diverse and tight-knit group that likes to have a good time and play at a high level. We consider ourselves hardcore since we raid three nights a week (four, if you consider optional heroic night).

About Us:

Flex Progression was formed in BFA, achieving 7/8 in the guild’s first raid tier in Uldir, and now 9/9 in BoD at World #1004 in just our second tier. We are very confident in our current core and anticipate that the guild will be pushing to be a top 200 US guild in 8.2, through hard work, commitment to excellence, and dedication.

We are looking for hard workers who will maximize their performances in raiding by grinding mythic plus, attending heroic clears, and research of their classes and spec’s, as well as research and preparation for each progression kill. It is expected that each player maintains a competitively geared alt, within 5-10 item levels of the main, to be flexible, willing to change mains, and allow us to bring an optimized roster for progression kills. Maintaining an alt also allows a higher chance of retaining core raiding spots.

Our goal in 8.2 is to be a Top 500 World, Top 200 US guild.

Tanks: Exceptional players only

Healers: High - Disc priest, holy priest. Recruiting an exceptional resto shaman/resto druid, or mistweaver

DPS: High - Balance druid, ele/enhance multispec shaman. Medium - Havoc demon hunter, warrior, shadow priest. All exceptional DPS players will be considered regardless of their primary class/spec.

We are a newly formed guild on the server Zul’Jin, consisted of IRL friends experienced in high end raiding content. We’ve been together since TBC and raided in many guilds borderline Cutting Edge. We have chosen to build a raid team of our own with people who are equally committed to achieving Cutting Edge in future raids, starting with 8.2. Our goal is to build a community interested in helping one another in all content including Mythic+, PvP, and Raiding (Main and Alt raids). As for the main roster we expect the best, we will constructively make each other better through Min Maxing tips, encounter preparation and feedback to learn on the fly. Officers will take feedback like everyone else and hope to be a resource to those who need it.

BoD: 8/9M but expecting CE in 8.2 and further.

Late Night Pain Train, LNPT, is recruiting members to continue current progression through raiding along with mythic plus and other various outside activities such as PVP, achievement runs, etc. Our raid times are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 10-12 server EST. On zul’jin
