Can’t connect to any blizzard websites except the forums, can’t connect in the blizzard PC app, and can’t connect in the android app. US East here.
Error code is BLZBNTBNA000003E8 (1118)
It tries to log in, but then disconnects me. I can;t seem to find anything about whats going on. I was just playing a few hours ago.
Yea, I was playing just fine, then around 12pm EST it just booted me and a few friends. They can connect now, an hour later, but I’m special, I guess.

i have the same problem
Same can not connect to anything battle net assiciated web sites, apps or games
Battlenet launcher states it is online, but can’t display any information. When trying to log into classic I get error code WOW51900328. This error only pops up after selecting my server. The attempts to load my character list, and then I get DC’d.

My ISP is also Home Telecom in the southeast, I assume this is an issue in this area. I would run a WinMTR but your link does not work.
