My blizzard launcher now says the maintenance is planning to be around 8 hrs long ?!
Tell me this is a typo lol . Nothing is coming out today. This is absolutely unnacceptable …
Looks like Classic has a long maintenance today yes.
It’s Tuesday maintenance. If they need 8 hours, then they need 8 hours. Would you have preferred they said 1 hour and then extended it for 7 more?

From what I remember hearing, it was 1 hour for Shadowlands, but 8 for Classic. I don’t think it was different

That’s the time that’s been in the launcher since the announcement was published. Nothing has change. See the patch notes if you’re wondering what’s being deployed.

On another hand , 8hr even for classic is insane. I feel for yall guys =-(
I mean. It could glitch out and be down for days. Maintenance is maintenance no matter what you think is being pushed out today, or what isn’t. 8+ hour maintenance on Tuesdays used to be the regular thing for years. This isn’t anything new.

It’s not unusual for an 8-hour maintenance for a major patch - retail or Classic.
