You held out a commendable amount of time but you finally got there. You finally got to “but what about you”

So taalva is a draenei. Is she from the exodar or from draenor?

I have a pretty nasty feeling that this is entirely in bad faith, but sure, why not.

There’s Sairelle here, who is the relentless fail-daughter of her noble family that is barely “noble” enough to qualify as such, and because she’s such a thorn in the side of her family’s fragile reputation, they all but outright exiled her from Silvermoon by getting her assigned as a diplomat to the Horde just so she’d be out of everyone’s hair. Something which she is very aware of, but refuses to admit it out loud as she pretends to be way more important than she actually is.

Then there’s my priest, who was a paladin in Northrend leaning a little too far into the retribution spec of her ideology that led to reckless behavior on the battlefield and the death of her brother. After that loss, she swore herself to pacifism and has been using her role as a healer to try and get herself killed ever since.

Or my Night Elf hunter, who is a rookie Warden that hasn’t earned the right to wear her armor yet, and when it comes to tracking down prisoners, she is essentially the unpaid intern who does all of the boring legwork and calls in a proper Warden once she has found a promising lead.

And my mute Forsaken rogue who struggles to have any sense of identity for herself in this new life she’s been given, so she has developed a habit of latching onto strong personalities and completely devoting herself to them so that she can feel like she has some kind of emotional worth through her actions.

Fun fact certain robes will cause mechagnomes to grow legs

At this point, the story criticism has become a liturgical exercise, and the problem with that is that liturgy is only fun if you’re participating.

Anyway, Sooty Paw was nursed back to health at the Temple of Akunda and only remembers a vague lesson not to meddle.

I cant decide if this is hilarious or horrifying

The curse of flesh works really fast now that N’zoth is on the loose

Oh man i love those. That priest concept? -chef kiss- i love the idea of atonement and working to solve and heal harm.

Im always up for more disabled forsaken too. My forsaken priest is blind, a disability she kept from her life. A real deader cutie who continues to burden the pain of using the light if it means helping those in need.

I also have a gobbo warrior who is a rough and tumble bouncer and body guard. Shes a disgraced mafia princess who had to avoid being picked off by going underground and learning how to fight

Akunda is my favorite loa by far. I love the idea of voluntarily locking up harmful memories to allow his followers to live peaceful lives.

So many loa give ‘boons’ of power or status, it makes akundas ‘gift’ sorta special in its own right

Hey, it was two hours you didnt have to hear about the war of thorns. Youre welcome

Funny thing is I came this close to making my Forsaken blind; her original concept was going to be a warrior instead of a rogue, where I had this image of her completely armored up in plate to the point that no one could even know there was a person in there if she wasn’t moving around, and serving as a brute force executioner/bodyguard for my partner at the time, but I couldn’t find an armor set that I liked for it and even as “dumb muscle”, her being blind seemed like it wouldn’t really fit the role.

And I didn’t even mention my Goblin hunter who made it through her entire career as a Bilgewater sapper (faint praise, considering how short those careers tend to be) and became 100% convinced that she is just invincible by virtue of fate, causing her to start seeking out the thrill of hunting the most dangerous creatures on Azeroth just to prove it. And then Outland. Really, it was only a matter of not if, but when she finally found a way to kill something big and scary in a completely different timeline too.

Man, especially for female forsakens, good plate is hard to find. Something about their shoulder pads too far apart. Too thin and hunched over. But boy do i love undead in plate.

Also what are you talking about. Goblins are absolutely immortal and invincible to explosions.

If that was true, I would’ve had a much easier time getting through the Goblin heritage armor questline on my barely-geared outlaw rogue.

Just a gear issue or complicated mechanics?

You gotta suffer for those sweet head goggles

A mix of sub-Nazjatar gear issues and me being really out of practice on how to not get torched to death by a giant mecha flamethrower while I’m struggling to find which keybind is my health potion…

The mechanics were pretty demanding, but in the way I’d say a buzzsaw is kinda scary and still blame myself for walking face-first into it.

Speaking of mecha

Mechagnomes tiny ATST mounts are adorable

I don’t even recognize the Pandaren staring back at me anymore.

A questionable racial hair option choice, too far, blizzard. Just… one too far this time.

On a serious note, it’s the Vulpera patch bb, and so my Blood Elf hunter can now, in fact, be an even foxier stud than he was when I made him.

Badum tss.

You gotta be a pretty pessimistic individual to see any neutrality as blind capitalistic devotion

Half of the people here could be replaced with bots and no one would be the wiser.
