A 2004 pixelated mount is going for 8k according to wow tcg loot . Com
Let that sink in. And if we get the spectral tiger on trading post or twitch drops. I can settle for that

Yea thats what its going for , does it mean that its worth that much or anyone buying it ?
I’ll sell you one for the low price of 100m gold. Or 50m if you want the blue one.
put it in the trading post.
EZ fix
I can’t imagine anyone is paying significant real money for anything in WoW anymore, not with the way they have been re-releasing stuff
Even in game gold I have been selling my higher priced items. As example I had three mini hatefire pets, once stuff started popping up I sold them each for 400-500k on the ah a few months back and lo and behold… easy to obtain now during the event and on the AH for like 3000
It’s all relative though.
Some folks have money to burn, so 8k is pocket change.
Have it as a Twitch drop it’s over due.
Ion already said no. Subject to change.
put it on the trading post. in game rewards for out of game activities/expense is the worst thing to happen to gaming.
Have you seen the price of Count Strike skins
You never know.
Well Stadium Events for the NES is going for 55k. People are dumb with their money.
Beyond a certain threshold there are probably cheaper ways to get a 0 changed to a 1 in a corporate database.
The economy, on top of getting all these tcg loot stuff in game. I cant imagine anyone paying 8k for a mount inside of a game. Now 150 to 200? I might pay that. Even then its stretching it.
Most gamers are broke, someone with 8k to burn aint gonna hang out in wow
Lol it’s not gonna be worth $8k the moment it becomes more common, I assure you.
The whole point is the rarity.
Meanwhile China gets it for free
I have it but I’m sure Blizz will probably just give it out for free as a twitch drop or in trading post.
Didn’t some guy pay $16 million for a banana with some duct tape on it a few weeks ago? And recently he ate the banana? Nothing surprises me nowadays.
There’s a few factors at play here, namely it being based on the TCG which I think had been out of print for decades at this point, and the card being very rare as it was.
It’s always been hyper expensive, and unless they do make it more common in any number of ways I don’t think this will change.
