You can actually open a ticket about that and ask for a refund, keep in mind that in the ToS you agree to there is how much time each month they can take for maintenance without requiring to pay you a refund

Im guessing somewhere in the fine print is a notice that the game will be down for maintenance from time to time.
i doubt we’re owed anything unless it becomes excessive. Like down for two or three days.

We want the game fixed, but then we complain when they take the game offline to fix it.
I dont like Activision Blizzard like I did a couple decades ago, but come on, theyre just trying to do their jobs here.

You took patch day off didnt you OP? Patch day is always a big maintenence and you should have known better. Go play another game or touch grass during the down time.
