Missing a few pets out of Zereth Mortis but Glimmers aren’t dropping and since they are BOA I can’t get to AH for them. Achievement pets that are easy are also rare, I’ve done all but the harder ones. Still working on vendor pets, a few here and there.
The missing pets that are cageable are very expensive on AH.
Why don’tcha run the ‘gauntlet wing’ of Torghast for that one that comes from completing the first wing of it?

Yes they are why I have a few alts posted on other realms around the US Realms…I then furniture them with gold token to sell which usually nets about 275,000 or so gold…I then check them on a daily basis if any cheaper pets are on those realms and cheaper to buy…I have brought quite a few that way…

I do that as well. I used to do the cross-realm traffic thing as well - buying on a cheaper realm and selling on a more expensive one - but I find that not worth it these days, since pet sales are so sluggish.
If you are going to take that up, you want Magpie https://magpie.wow-petguide.com/ Enter your alt and the realms you aretrading on, and it will list the cheapest realm top buy your missing pets, or the most expensive if you are selling. Saves logging multiple bankers.
Reason being that the Glimmer of Cunning and Glimmer of Satisfaction are a pain to get.
Glimmer of Cunning is a rare drop from Tarachnid Eggs and biggest difficulty here is the competition. Always, seems like 24/7, there’s players doing the circuit of their 4 possible spawn points, hoping to get lucky on a 3% drop chance.
The Satisfaction one drops very, very seldom from tapping into a Feast, of Gluttonous Hedonism or Empty Kettle of Stone Soup. Seem to be rules for how often you can do this and additional steps necessary. You ever want to try this it’s good idea to read through their comments on Wowhead (they often disagree with either though). Currently the Gluttonous Hedonism feast is around 70g on AH and you can stock up.
Not a real surprise that people want 250K for the Archetypes they made. Occasionally you’ll see one on AH much cheaper, probably from a seller that’s tired of seeing theirs go unsold, or who really needs some quick gold.
Probably depends on the servers. I’ve been checking them regularly and I am seeing eggs up now and then. I have seen only 1 player around and that one seems more interested in killing rares than checking eggs.
I’ll try checking other server AH for cheap pets.
Checked the server I have abandoned high level alt, lots of cheap missing pets. I might need to skip sushi for a week and buy a couple tokens for those!
I noticed you don’t have this months pet at the trading post yet. If you still have some tenders you might be able to grab that before it goes away in a couple of days.
I wish I could get it. I miscounted what I needed when I was getting stuff and came up 50 tendies short for the pet. It’s been frozen. December trading post detail has been revealed, there’s 2 pets coming up plus a bonus. I have Garlokk from his first time on trading post, so there’s extra tendies for me to buy this month’s pet that I froze plus this month’s new pet and a free pet so 3 pets. At that point I’ll be 1 away from 1600 pets.
Oh come on! Lagan takes like an hour to pick up!

Well just took me quite a bit longer than an hour but that was because had never seriously worked at it before and no experience with the two dungeons involved and the steps one had to take. But end result, finally, proudly have Lagan. Really appreciate your post.
One real shock, got the Poor Unfortunate Soul achievement and no pet. Then Lagan showed up in the mail when I got back to town.
That was weird, wasn’t it? The mail was from a postmaster-type and was worded like somehow I had failed to loot the item and it had been found “floating in the nether” or something like that.
Sounds like the devs messed up how the pet item is delivered and the fail-safe loot mailing system caught it. Oh, well, at least I got the pet along with the 'chieve. I’m glad they removed the arbitrary minimum party size from the achievement.
I had to filter posts to the newest one to find out it is indeed soloable.
And thanks for letting me know the pet shows up in the mail if it wasn’t added instantly
Edit: done in under 20 minutes. 450 ilevel boomkin blew through both dungeons to get the buffs and the pet. Used only moonfire on trash and starsurge on bosses, one shot everything except Helya that took a while because of the tentacles.
