About Us:

<Rally> is a guild founded upon the principle that we want to enjoy the people we are playing with. Rather than being a raiding guild that is social, we are a social guild that raids. We use very exclusive recruitment methods to ensure compatibility among members to maintain a cohesive atmosphere at all times.

Our guild is inclusive of all skill and experience levels as well as a variety of end game goals. From the new player who is still leveling to the retired hard core raider who is looking for a challenge on a more forgiving schedule. An experienced player with a buddy brand new to the game. We have an option for just about everyone. Most importantly, we are a community. We are a home. When you want a great group of people to hand with but don’t want to wear pants, RALLY is the answer!

Guild Atmosphere

We have mostly adults here, averaging about 30 in age. We’re still plenty immature at times and we have lots of fun. There’s some dry humor, a meme channel in Discord and hidden bot commands to troll each other. We’re a family here. We spend the day chatting in Discord chat from our phones or work until people start getting home and logging in. We have people with children and families and share complaints about cranky children and spouses. We are a highly active community of people. If you joined Rally, you could physically raid 5 nights a week and a lot of people do. We bring alts to other raids or even raid the same raids again despite loot lockouts because it’s just fun to hang with these people and smash !@#$ together.

We are looking to recruit people who fit into our group well and get along. We are looking for people who care and want to learn and get better or are already skilled but lack the time to dedicate to hardcore raiding as well. Whether you still want to push progression or just want to raid once a week for fun and minimal pressure, please apply!

We are a tight knit community of friends with a solid foundation of real life and long term friends having played WoW and other games together for 10+ years. We have a diverse membership with several couples, male and female, and new and experienced players. Our Discord is active during the day while people are at work and we are always spending time online running Mythic+, alt raids, popup raids, world quest groups, leveling alts, helping each other level and gear, etc.

Currently Recruiting:

Rally is always looking for personalities who fit into our team and are willing to wait for specific raid openings in the name of joining an amazing guild.

However, our current raid openings are as follows:

PSB: Ranged DPS (priest, mage, warlock, boomie, hunter, shaman etc), DPS with flex heals

SRD: Any DPS (pref Boomie, Shaman, Paladin, rogue all other considered), TANK, HEALER

TS: Ret Pally, Rogue, Ranged DPS, Shaman, HEALER, TANK

TAHCO: DK, DH, Ranged DPS, all others considered

Dust Pwnies: All DPS (pref Hunter, Priest, Boomie, Warlock, Rogue)

<Disciples of Grey> is a longstanding CUTTING EDGE mythic raiding guild looking to expand its core raid team as we push for realm first completion of Mythic Battle of Dazar’alor. We’re currently #1 on Kilrogg and are steadily increasing our lead.

We’re a diverse and tight-knit group that likes to have a good time and play at a high level. We consider ourselves hardcore since we raid three nights a week (four, if you consider optional heroic night).

We need players who are personable, reliable and ready to do their homework before fights and focus up during progression. Raid spots will be made available immediately to players who perform.

Meshing with the group is as important as performance. Bad attitudes, poor attendance, and overall bad vibes will not be tolerated. We expect guildies to run mythic+ and content with each other outside of raid hours. We have a very active discord as well.

Off-night Heroic: Tues 9PM - 12AM PDT
Guild-wide M+ Chain Runs: Weds 8PM - 12AM PDT
Alt/Casual Heroic: Sat 9pm - 12AM PDT

We are looking for folks to come in and make an impact immediately. Expect to know the fights for not only your own class, but know the entire fight as a whole. Little hand holding, self responsibility

Recruitment:
We are looking to recruit 1-2 exceptional players for our Raid Team. Any exceptional raider that can maintain strong numbers and raid awareness will be considered however below is a list of priority classes we are hoping to recruit. We are in a position to move players around to recruit any raid spot! Remember, we will not turn down a good player so please feel free to reach out to one of us to talk about trialing, even if you play something that is not on our priority list .

Healer:

Raid Schedule/Info/Requirements:
Mythic Raid/Progression: Tuesday and Thursday 8:30PM -11:30PM EST

Heroic Clear: Wednesday at 8:30PM EST (OPTIONAL). We usually just sale carries to help provide gold to raiders.

**Cauldrons, Feasts, Gems, and all Enchants are provided for raid. **

We Ask:

  • You have great attendance and accept raid invites 10 minutes prior to raid starting.
  • Already prepared when the invites go out, this means gear and talents already set and ready and have battle pots.
  • Have knowledge of your class and how to maximize your potential on any encounter.
  • Have a good attitude, be open minded, and understand what it takes to be in a competitive Mythic Raid Guild. Raiders will need to be able to take criticism during raids and progression and work as a team. No negativity, racism, name calling, or raging during raid.
  • We ask all trial raiders be 405ilvl with a 39+ Neck.

About Us / Community:
We are a mythic raiding guild that was formed in BFA, however the founders and officers have been playing together for a long time. Although we are newer we have accomplished a lot and killed bosses in respectable time frame. Our leadership and roster is full of high-end competitive players and we will be not only just pushing CE every tier but to be a top and competitive guild in the US.

Although we only raid two nights a week our guild still maintains an active and fun place to be each week. The guild was started by a r1 and MDI finalist (Deathlobsta) and since the beginning have held that mentality of diversity in game. Our members are very active in M+, alt raids, parse runs, and PVP. We also have a fun, down-to-earth discord that has a “dank” meme page.

I’m not against it tho it would have to cover my xfer fee so no hard feelings there. All my alts are on Sargeras and as everyone knows, time is valuable! No worries either way. I appreciate the info
