Given its a new alt its not running super high delves so isnt getting any extra undercoins anymore so no spawn item - and mislaid curious only drop 2-3 resonance everytime. Also yay

If I’m trying to 4 cap a character for the week and I don’t have one by the third delve, I use a wave scrambler. Give it a shot.

You can buy the item for 2k delve currency and I believe they are even account bound.

I think maps can only show up from bountiful delves, at least they only show on the rewards screen for me when I start bountiful

Dumb system is dumb - but as others said, just buy a scrambler to force Underpin to spawn and drop a map (and if playing alts, use an add-on or macro to track as nothing in-game will display whether a character got or used a map).
didnt know those spawn things were warbound, got 14.5k coins on my 661 - which got a map on its first kill (dread pit +11)
Doing +11 seems to give way more coins too, got 271 from just 1
Use the wavescrambler at the spawn point, if you die you don’t have to run back.
I think it has to be used after the respawn point to be effective and drop the map. The scrambler itself may say so, if I’m not mistaken.
Maps are dropped by the underpin boss only who appears in bountyful delves randomly by chance.
You can also summon the underpin boss with the wavescrambler toy sold by the murloc in Branns booth for 2000 undercoins. The toy is single use and destroyed when using it.
Yeah so I’m guessing the OP doesn’t know that since he ran all 8 delves on Tuesday at most 4 of those were bountiful. And if he ran the same one 8 times he had no chance for a map so this isn’t really an RNG problem it’s a player problem.
As soon as you get near the stone and get the popup saying respawn discovered you can use the scrambler.
I usually save it until right before I pull the boss just in case underpin shows up naturally… of course half the time I forget and have to do another delve to use it ugh
While Underpin is a guaranteed drop, it can drop from post completion chests, too. I don’t know the drop rate, it’s not common, but it happens. Happened for me this week!
But yeah, the best method is to grab a Scrambler and pop it on your first run for the map, and then you can pop it in the same exact delve.
Yeah get in there and stockpile those scramblers. That’s what I’ve been doing since last week. I mainly run delves now for undercoin until I can run all my alts on an T11 with a map. Have 9 scramblers in bank so far.
I’ve found the maps in chests probably more than I’ve had Underpin spawn, at least as far as having Underpin spawn when I need a map as he usually spawns after I get a map and use it. 
You can also get them from the curios scattered around the map. The LOOT RAID-R makes it way easier to find them.
Droprate definitely feel better than last season.
