Azshara literally says “I can flood the whole place and kill them all right now” “but nah, this is too amusing”. It is like that classic bond film where he has bond right where he can kill him, but instead he spends like 2 minutes bragging how he was superior, allowing bond to escape.

8 . 2 is a good story ur just missing the point we get more of the story told as the weeks go by and it gets even better then it is right now so maybe just wait and dont get mad yet

It’s a video game do expect the story to be up there with the likes of Tolstoy, Orwell, Hemingway or Faulkner.

There’s at least two Shamans Horde side. Myself and the guy who helps us spy on Azshara. Just like Erunak in Vashj’ir, there’s plenty of sea based reagents around to help us cast perma water breathing spells. So long as we have a few hours to collect stuff, all the Horde troops should survive even if the Queen decides she’s bored of us.
So all’s good there.

You don’t get it, do you? If her goal was to kill all of us, she would have just done it immediately, instead of opening up the ocean and trapping us there alive. She wants us alive, so she can use us. This is proven through leaks, where Azshara uses the Heart of Azeroth to break N’zoth’s chains. That’s what she’s really after. She’s letting us build up the power of the Heart, and make it far stronger, so it can be used to free her pal, all while tricking us into stupidly going along with it by us thinking we’re “winning” by beating up her minions.
Am I the only person on the forums that followed the subtleties of the story, instead of just skipping over everything to complain about stuff?

I think she is trying to show N’zoth just how strong she is by toying with their lives. It almost seems like she has a superiority complex.
Except we’re not trapped there at all because we made a portal to Boralus 5 minutes after Jaina exclaimed that she couldn’t teleport us out.

Only the champion with the HoA isn’t stuck there. Had you paid attention to Jaina, she explained exactly how she was able to get around Azshara’s spell, but it required the extremely powerful leyline convergence where we were and the HoA.
As for the rest of the story… people are jumping to conclusions without even having all of the info or letting the story unfold.
Blame the underwater haters. They are the reason this is happening to Nazjatar.
This zone should be totally underwater.
Blame blizzard too, but not the lore team, blame the devs, because they are lazy and decided to give up the underwater gameplay instead try improve it, creating a navigation interface system to help players.
Lore team has no choise. They were forced to do this to justify the gameplay being not undewater.
