There will be equipment slots for mounts. One option is daze protection. Another is water walking.
Did they say how we can get the equipment slots?
Sure but what are the requirements for them? Rep grinds? 8 million gold each? Mythic raid clears?

No more being dazed on ground mounts! It’s about damn time they finally started to phase this archaic mechanic out.
I don’t know. But since you hate WoW you are obviously gonna go in the extreme worst case scenario and still complain before we know anything.

No, but I can only imagine that it will be quite expensive(difficult) to obtain, since it applies to all your mounts.
