8.1 Vanish garotte problem

I have this issue with doing garotte after vanish it trigger the cd on garotte even if i have subterfuge talent?

Yep, seems like vanish is broken with subterfuge. It does not apply the shrouded suffocation buff either. Bummer

Seems like all 3 tier30 talents don’t work with vanish :confused:

Only fix atm is to wait for the initial vanish buff to fade off before garroting etc…
