So I get to re-craft my 385 gear wasting more expulsom to get the next tier of patterns. That’s awesome… While expulsom is a bit easier to get now the thought of having to waste 100+ to get the next tier is a bit infuriating.
Did you check the trainer? I know there are new 385 patterns which I believe have easier mat requirements for the next raid, I also thought I saw a 400 ilvl pattern as well, though my blacksmith is a shaman, so I didn’t pay much attention.
Yeah I somehow missed that. Still stinks that the first tier is 385 since the last item of the previous tier was 385. Still feels cheap as you have to craft a 385 to move up.
It’s the same thing enchanters face…it’s the rare shards that are the bottleneck, not the epic crystals.
Honestly the expulsom cost is what’s [far] too high. The raid mat cost could actually stand to be increased a little bit.
But the ilvls and other costs make sense. Expulsom aside, if you’re doing the content appropriate for the ilvl, the raid mat requirement compared to how many bosses drop is trivial.
Really the cost compared to drop rate puts you quickly a step ahead of your raid progression…
