Does seem odd, but not the oddest thing we’ve ever seen in game.
Do we know the context behind this invasion? For instance, are Bolarus’ port defenses taken down and their fleets absent? Are the ships loaded with blight catapults and only going there to reek havoc and destruction?
I got hyped and then about a 5 minutes after, I remembered it is probably time gated and is part of a patch cycle that ends Beta for Azeroth.

Get hyped, some time in March they MIGHT let paying customers like you see this in game!

Stormwind isn’t actually recruiting farmers yet. They’re just talking about the possibility.
So she teleports some already lit azerite bombs down onto a ship and ya’ll are going “lmao godlike powers wow horde bias doesn’t exist” like ??? Wow, as an arch mage she managed to teleport a handful of small objects to different places. WOW SHES SO GODLIKE OH HECK YEAH.

Effortlessly crushing Horde fleets like a cluster of injured insects is a time-honored Proudmoore family tradition.

If we are going to be the bad guy can we atleast get some villians that know what they’re doing? Gorefiend for War Chief 2020

This was actually a really smart way of using magic.
Really impressed with how they did it.
I was expecting a video Jaina going all DBZ style on the 3 ships.
But god like? Come on.
How was this god like?

The tactic has been used many times since it came up in sci-fi books in the 60s, but the most hilarious to me was in Stargate, when the crappy Human spaceship with no external weapons went up against a vast fleet of ships manned by evil “gods”.
Human ship had no visible weapons, but it did have a teleporter and a pile of nukes…
right so… where is the god powered part?

Well, Blizz allowed her to use a combination tactic. Most of the time no one in WOW is allowed to fight intelligently. For example, Occuleth isn’t allowed to open a portal above an Alliance army/city linked to the bottom of the ocean or an ocean of Blight. Dark Irons aren’t allowed to use their drill machines ever…etc.

So your complaint is… Jaina used her brain?
Thats a god power?

In WOW? Using a brain rationally would be 5 levels above god, and at least 2 above the writers.
Although if you are trying to nail me on the exact words I used in the OP, it’s mostly spicy hyperbole for clicks. Embrace the spirit of the post, not the literal words in it.

Why is it trolling? Jaina exhibited a new, and extremely effective power that had never been seen in their universe before. She destroyed an entire army with 0 losses to the Alliance. The Horde has no way at all to defend against it either. That’s effectively godlike, and certainly more effective than having a useless god like Elune on your side.

Now I have Christmas carols running through my head.
In fairness, have we ever seen teleportation of unattended objects in WoW before? I can only think of teleportation of people and things they are carrying. If this is easily doable, why aren’t the armies doing it all the time?

And the Horde don’t even get to kill her in the raid. The Alliance keeps all of its OP heroes while the Horde’s are all dead or simply never existed.
Alliance gets to mop the floor with us while all we get is another civil war brought on by our ‘victories’.

Right, she didn’t single handly destroyed horde feet. She froze and destroyed the plague and destroyed the horde army in siege of undercuty.
No these allaince hero’s are dbz style OP.
Where are the horde counter parts???

Right she teleported some bombs the gnome guy built. To destroy some stinky horde feet.
If she could destroy the plague the Alliance would be occupying the Undercity now.
But they ain’t.
We have zero evidence that ever happened. Stop imagining tragedies to equate them we real ones.
Not with these examples they ain’t
Thrall but he went all Emo.
Its not our fault you picked the weaker faction.
