8.1 is next week, what are you most excited for?

Going to be 100% honest, currently the only thing I’m most excited for is getting the Meat Wagon mount next week, I wanna throw meat all around Stormwind City when I first login.

The only actual content that interests me are the horde/alliance Faction Incursions, the Darkshore Warfront and the new faction city raids. Everything else is just “meh” to me.
I guess not needing to kill specific rare mobs in Island expeditions in order to get rewards will be a nice change also.

Meatwagon mount for me also.

Farming pets/mounts in Darkshore and getting the Warfront transmogs will be cool (in very moderate doses… really can’t do more than one warfront at a time). The Darkshore storyline that all the NE players are shedding tears about has my interest to. I actually hope they add in a quest for Horde players to collect NE tears in Darkshore.

Everything else is pretty meh. I’ll prob be focusing on maxing my Mag’har to get ready for Zandalari in 8.1.5

The new warfront, I like them. Sure they aren’t fun to do over and over again in quick succession, but one here, one there, they are fun. Plus mounts, I like mounts.

Easier rep grinds so i can finally pull my human paladin out of Legion and do the alliance side of BFA.

Not sure what else is coming.

XP rescale to help a void elf levelling.

When they level, seeing void run under the shadow priest changes as stuff unlocks.

Belf heritage armour.

Horde chars gets to choose Saurfang. Not in the Sylvanas run horde fan club and chance to stop playing my horde in a vacuum would be nice. currently I do stuff because I have to. Rep, gold, items, etc…I have to play to get them. So I just ignore the story. Which is kind of bad for a RPG…

Probably the alt friendliness. BoA Heart quests, War Campaign rep boosts, the great exp nerf. I might actually be motivated to level more alts now.

I’m also interested in the new story chapters and general improvements to things.

That feeling of logging in for a new major patch with major changes to my class : priest. I savor it before that sinking feeling when you realise it plays exactly the same and tuning was done to irrelevant talents and traits.
