8.1 Hype Train and general blizzard appreciation

I am really excited for 8.1. I feel the server downtime was strategically placed to generate hype and speculation across social media platforms. It is understandable that there would be some extended server maintenance considering the substantial content update we are about to receive.

More island expos, more faction story, the return of a currency vendor, new war fronts and the meat wagon are but a few ways to wet my palette upon login.

Thank you based Blizzard.

I cannot speak on behalf of all DH but for me personally it is because of my positive outlook and attitude.

I assume your post is related to some vague notion that DH = OP, and coming from a warlock, I find that very enjoyable

I will not hype a patch that makes an incomplete game slightly more complete than it was before, while still remaining incomplete.

I found it therapeutic to break the cycle of constant crying. I found when I did that, life became easier. Of course I was 8 months old… but never the less.

I don’t call it crying… but i do complain a LOT about things i don’t like, even things i don’t like about myself. I feel that if just get used to my own errors i’ll never get better. My problem comes when i apply the same standards to everything outside my own behaviors lol.

I’m looking forward to the new quest chains for the storyline, the heritage armor, the new warfronts, and lazily getting Paragon caches.

No, not overpowered. Just really well designed in relation to other classes that are hurting right now. (And I place warlocks up there with DHs too honestly now that there is some focus on increasing survivability.)

It’s all relative.
