Seriously tho, I don’t believe the Kultiran models on the PTR are even close to polished enough for release. Also, there’s at least 1 more week before the new raid is fully open on LFR. Also, 8 additional weeks of AP reduction are due before it shuts off again.
If I had to hazard a guess, I would say late Feb or early March. Good luck getting some official announcement before an official website update, as they’d hate to stick a foot in their mouth and miss a deadline previously stated.

So in 4 - 6 months.
A week or two after LFR would be my reasonable guess.
My realistic one? May? July?!!
Look at the last patch release date, and go by an increment of 1 month exactly and keep going up till you feel like it’s reasonable. I’d say 3-4 months since the raid opened up, which surprise surprise was exactly 1 month from the patch release.
March at the earliest.

Thought I read somewhere that it’s supposed to be released on the 26th
March. Could be as late as March 26th when Artifact Knowledge ends.
That was from pre-8.1 news that stated LFR wing 1 would open Jan 29th, wing 2 Feb 12th, and wing 3 Feb 26th.
Which also means my comment earlier was wrong.
