Having the same issue. They were on the vendor but are gone now…
I saw it when I initially logged in. Didnt realize what it did yet and did not purchase. Just went back and can no longer see it on the vendor.
Hopefully they fix this quick.

They were up for 80g. I missed mine because I didnt log in soon enough but my friend got it for that price. I bet they are going to raise the price to like 8k or something.

Same issue for Horde with the Honorbound Scouting Map, just doesn’t show on the vendor despite Pathfinder part 1 and exalted rep.
I have Pathfinder and exalted rep with all factions. This thing is still missing.
A blue said that there was a problem, and that they temporarily removed them to fix it and they’ll be back “soon”.
So 8.2 it is lol
