I thought at first it was like always when you have a queue time, then the server re-ajuste the time to the actual amount of minuts you d have to wait in order to play… but no… that s just ridiculous…
after all the release experience you guys have, you couldn’t come up with a solution ?
I have been around since the beta forum ( yea, Snowtracker s " World of Peacecraft " thread and stuffs, look in your archives, you ll find me) played betas on different continents, and we, the community, gave you tons of ideas so you would make the game everybody wanted ( like the auction house, PvP and PvE contents etc etc) and now you re not even taking seriously the release of a real “Classic” in game history ? do you have any idea how many players are actually staying away from Blizzard products overall just because of that ? we love the game obviously but could you take the issue more seriously ?
I mean… come on…
Make 20 subservers (or “instances of server”, even more for full ones?) per name-server so new arriving players on that name-server dont have to smash the 2 kobolds, 3 boars and 1 and half strider spawning in starter-zones here and there all together at once… and have these 20 subservers to auto-merge with other subservers on the same name-server into fewer and fewer subserver as people get to higher lvl areas… I dont think that s even that hard to do, you guys have the tools for that… at least you could make that effort or a similar one for release…
Im a woodcarver playing in order to relax after work and I pay my subscription so I can stay in a queue of thats-what-she-said-joke kind of length ? you are still at it after all these years ? really ?

Gotta love the “I’m not experiencing the problem so everything is ok” posts. Save yourself the effort next time, realize nobody cares, and just keep scrolling.

Blizzard is capping population because they plan to get rid of layering before phase 2.
If they just let everyone onto one or two servers, then they would have problems down the road.

Strange post… Did you really not think a game this popular would not have a que or maybe that in a day or two when they figure out actual demand it will be fixed? Welcome to WoW, i think.
I’ve been in queue for 4 hours started out as 12,500 position and now I’m at 4842 position…
I wonder how all the big streamers never seem to have these issues?

Till they figure out the actual demand? Couldn’t they tell by how many people saved character names?

Welcome to the authentic Classic experience. Oh I remember the days, when I’d login and promptly take a nap while I waited in queue.

why bother replying strange post or whatever if you didnt actually analise the content of the post with an actual suggestion in it
They won’t. Blizzard won’t kill the golden egg laying geese.
Reserved my name on Faerlina 8/23 before it was heavly populated and now ive been stuck in queue for 3hrs with another 3hrs+ in sight. I dont mind waiting, to me its worth it, but this is bordering ridiculous
