lol, I hope you aren’t being serious.
Get out more, bud.
You know there’s something basically wrong with a game when you have to go to external sites to do research in order to learn the ‘proper methods’ for having fun.
Also I’d like to know where in the heck the OP went to find 6+ hours of content in this patch? But then again, that might just be me. When I hit my ‘chore-craft’ limit, I stop playing. I won’t have flying for a while, but I’d rather be sane at the end.
so learning mechanics for bosses makes the game wrong?
that is going to an external site to do research to get proper methods for something.
so i guess the game has been wrong since vanilla.
These aren’t just your suggestions, they have been floating around for a long time now.
Nope, I’m right there with you. It seems that Rustbolt is just slightly ahead my Nazjatar rep. You would think it would be the other way around, because I thought I was doing more stuff in Nazjatar than Rustbolt. But…I’m doing all elite type stuff in Rustbolt…hmmm…
Rustbolt: 7692 and Nazjatar: 5932
On the good side, I love the little puzzle games and could do those all day long.
It took me a while to figure out the crossing lines game. But it was a lot of fun to master. I really do like it when world quests decide to mix up the normal gameplay loop. My favorite world quests still are to this day the Kirin Tor world quests from Legion.
Haha, yeah, the good old days. Raids wiping at the bottom of a dungeon, naked corpse runs, trains to the zone, XP loss on hell levels…kids these days have no idea what they’re missing.
Daily Quests like “Kill 25 Hydra” is a bit excessive. It should be 10.
I’ll kill as many hydras as they want me to, if the freaking hydras will just spawn.
I really like the jelly bouncy quest. You just have to get the right angle for the first jump then adjust slightly and then wait til you jump onto the large jelly fish. Then turn to the right and quest completed. I enjoy a quest like that. Dont really lije the fact that i have to worry about the mods ready to kill me on the ground. But i enjoy the quest.

Did I miss something else and there’s a new raid out with new bosses? The OP was talking about the silly jumping puzzle, not raid bosses.
Please, if you’re going to white knight, at least put some effort into it.
crazy hard.
Lol u lost me there
The jellyfish quest has been nerfed so hard I didn’t even think it was possible to still fail it.
My Rustbolt is like 1250 ahead of Nazjatar… am I alone in this? … Or am I doing something wrong (again)?
No. It’s designed that way. Rustbolt is way more farmable.
I’ve come to the conclusion you’re just weird as hell because Mechagon as a whole is simultaneously boring and convoluted.
Well, to address your feedback:
yes, it was good for Blizzard to nerf the WQs and lower the number of kills and collections. And marking the spots on the map. It makes it much less of a chore.
As for the “jumping quest” I now have no problems with it at all. It sometimes takes a few goes but is much more doable.
As for Rustbolt Emissay, no, we don’t NEED it at all. If it takes a bit longer, so be it. And “we” don’t demand more rep. Speak for yourself only. More rep would mean less time, but it is not all that hard as it is.
Finally, if you spend 7 1/2 hours doing dallies, I have no idea what you are wasting your time on. It takes me about an hour and a half in the morning to clear Naz, then a couple of hours tops to clear Mech in the evenings. And I’m not going full tilt by any means.
tl;dr With the latest nerfs I find most WQs to be balanced in both requirements and rewards. I find the progression to be satisfactory all round. Not exactly what Blizzard promised, but satisfactory never the less.
By the way the quest I most detest is finding that bloody diary. So many highborne to attack you. But that’s just my personal opinion.
Ironically, now that it’s nerfed, I’m taking longer to do it. >.< Go figure.
I’m working steadily to Revered, and after that will probably only do 1 zone a night, skipping Raid nights, to Exalted.
I am finding it tricky on my 365 alt. Sometimes I just need to wait for others and then join in. I’ll be happy when I’m 400.
So far I like Nazjatar more than Mechagon, but they are leveling up about equal for me. Edited to add: takes me about 4 hrs for both zones, but I herb and fish around.

Ditto, my Rustbolt rep is ahead of Nazjatar. Takes a little more imagination to do Rustbolt; and maybe a little more research. The rep is more consistent though. 850 daily > emissary, too.
Maybe he’s only doing quests and not killing rares? Although I think an occasional Rustbolt Emissary would be awesome nonetheless.
pro tip: you get 500 rep for crafting the jukebox in mechagon
