There is no explanation in the quest text that says you have to pull.

I stood and clicked and clicked.

Poor quest design.

I am 6 hours in so far today on both the Rustbolt and the unshackled and not done yet.

While I am delighted some people can do them more quickly, most players need an 8 hour day to do the quests. Good thing I am currently unemployed!!!

My donut consumption is private but I am getting them by the box. I also eating poptart sandwiches which are even better than jelly donuts.

I take brief bathroom breaks as needed.

No, I don’t think you are. I’m Revered with Rustbolt and still about 5500 away from being with the other. I spend more time in Mechagon tho just cause it’s so much easier to get around. I do what I need to for dailies in Nazjatar and move on to anything else :slight_smile:

You don’t speak for most players. Absolutely no one else that I know takes more than 2 hours to do the quests. Based on this and your post history I think you are an exceptional individual.

Good thing I am currently unemployed!!!

Oddly enough I did the dailies in around an hour or so. And that included the alter timeline on mechagon. But yes, troll is troll. And Blizzard seems too incompetent to spot them and punish them.

I’m like 500 rep into revered with Rustbolt and like 9500/12000 for Nazjatar. They made getting rep on Rustbolt a lot easier and a lot more fun than the annoyance that is Nazjatar questing.

It took me just shy of three hours to finish the rustbolt quests today.

3 hours.

So my feedback is very accurate and just because some people can do it quicker somehow it does not mean my post is “trolling”.

  1. There was a quest on the other side of the zone. The other side! And not a single flight path to get there! So I had to run there. Of course there were tons of mobs aggro’d along the way. Fighting and dieing along the path takes a lot of time.

  2. The kill quests were very slow. You have to pull the mobs one at a time and kill them. Takes forever. Occasionally you pick up adds or respawns or whatever and die. Add in the runback.

  3. I am on a server that for whatever reason always has tons of alliance around. So it is often hard to even tag mobs and this adds to the time requirements!

All in all my feedback is excellent for the typical player as it takes hours and hours to complete the dailies for both zones.

Blizzard has been improving things and doing some nerfs. This is good.

But more are required.

It took me 45 minutes and that’s only because I like to fish up all the rares for the turn in. How can it possibly take you 3 hours??

My rustbolt is at least 6k behind my unshackled. I chose not to camp rares all day so it therefore lags behind.

Many of us were doing them in 4 hours or less on patch day. Have you considered:

  • Improving your DPS
  • Not taking detours or sight-seeing
  • Aiming with the jellyfish quest (seriously it took 5 minutes to complete the first time it was available)
  • Using the map
  • Not complaining about the little things
  • Not presuming to speak for anyone other than yourself
  • Not whining on the forums about mobs hitting too hard when many people actually want a challenge

TL;DR: It doesn’t take 7 hours to complete the dailies unless you’re either bad at the game or not focusing on the game. Turn off your YouTubes and your Netflixes and your Hulus and do the quest. They’re easy.

Yes. Rare-farming is a good way to generate an extra bit of rep every day.
