So my warlock somehow incurred a 7 day cooldown on his Soul Swap ability the other day. It’s still on cooldown for 4 more days, and the cooldown persisted even through changing specs.

mine just got a 12 day cooldown… any idea what caused this?

Just got a 12 days cooldown on Soul Swap too.
It persists over changing specs. You can’t even switch talents cuz it says Soul Swap is on cooldown.
Alrite, You can fix this bug by entering a Skirmish. Solo shuffle and any arena should work as well.

I’m having the same issue. It started at 12 days for me as well, it’s now at 8 days remaining.

Mine went to 14 days. The entering a skirmish worked. Super inconvenient way to fix it but it does work!
Mine has a 17 days cooldown, 
I tried to to used the repair function from the battle net sign in and didn’t work either, ill try the skirmish.

This has existed since at least February, come on Bliz, I know this is not game breaking but PLEASE fix.

I don’t want to revive this post but…I just encountered this issue with my lock last night with a 9-day cooldown. Any solutions? Can’t even swap out the talent with the cooldown restriction.
Enter an Arena Skirmish and leave before the match starts. That will reset the cooldown.
Enter any arena or skirmish and it will fix it.
