I’m Olav, Multi CE experienced raider, experienced raid leader on alt runs, currently have a small community pushing to 4/8M in quick 2 hour reclears.
Recently departed from my guild after getting 6/8M followed by a short break, Now looking for a new “home”. with cross-faction guilds coming in 10.1 alliance & horde is irrelevant, and will change servers without issue.
I’ve always played in a 2 day a week 6 hours a week raiding guild, many different guilds throughout the years, probably in double digits by now. I’m a 23 year old male, studying psychology in Europe (ping on NA isn’t an issue)
My strengths would be my analytical skills, drive, and problem-solving abilities. I do my job, and figure out myself what I can do to further increase the benefits of me being in the team besides me doing my job.
My weakness would be my directness, as European we are very direct. if I or someone else messes up and I’m aware of it, it is my intuition to speak openly about this which can sometimes conflict with the American culture and has caused issues for me before.
Currently I’mm maining an enhancement shaman (418 ilvl 6/8M), will be learning resto shaman as well later this tier (conanragnar-zul’jin)
Currently also have a havoc/veng dh alt I can play, at 415 ilvl
Past experiences:
Started playing wow at the end of burning crusade
Started mythic raiding start of BFA
Started competitive mythic raiding halfway through EP (6/8M)
Then got CE in ny’alotha on 3 different characters in 2 different guilds
Start of shadowlands all my CE guilds disbanded due to issues. while guild hopping ended up getting 8/10M in 9.0
CE in sanctum of domination
10/11M in Sepulcher

I play what is needed for the team and don’t mind being benched, swapping mains or specs, I’m good with logs and weakauras as well, often devise strategies or spot problems and figure out potential solutions to issues that are occurring during prog.
I also like having fun in the game and getting silly parses
Currently I hold 3 all star rank 1 performances of healing parses as shadow priest and other silly parses like that, besides silly parses, I don’t care about parsing. Killing boss > rank 1 parse
TLDR: Multi CE 2 day a week raider LF 3 day a week raiding guild to push faster for a more challenging environment to improve myself more
