Serenity:
We are an experienced casual group of players, but we do focus on parse improvements and efficiently clearing content. Currently we have about 5 openings with AQ40 of farm, with 35-37 people. We maintain a single raid roster, as we don’t want to be a huge guild where you don’t get to know the people you play with. Understand there is life outside of the game, but want to be efficient and clear content quickly.

Loot:
BWL/MC/Ony/AQ40 award Effort Points for Attendance. Loot is unique in that we have players create a personal item priority sheet. Items are numbers 1-25, and are awarded based on item preference from the individual players, loot council, and effort points which tracks attendance. Loot is distributed based on all of these factors. Loot council takes into account previous loot and impact to player, ie large upgrade vs minor upgrade for another. Effort point decay is currently at 30% to enable new players to catch up faster to long time veterans.
ZG/Ony/MC/AQ20 weekly. No effort points awarded for 20 man raids.

Expectations:
You will be expected to be on time and prepared for all raids, including fight mechanics, world buffs, and consumes. We are a casual guild, but examine logs to help each other improve in a goal to clear content effectively.
