We’re on the Pacific Coast for the most (or super night owls from the East), but we’re certainly a bit behind as we have been trying to rebuild our guild after a long absence away. I think most guilds are in that space since TWW drew so many of us back. Our raid days are Wednesdays and Fridays from 8 PM to 11 PM Pacific. We also have an optional Normal NP that we openly run on Sundays (for alts or crest farms etc.) at 4 PM to 7 PM Pacific.
