I have just returned back to WoW after a 2ish year hiatus. Family problems forced me to take a break. I am 36 and work as a software developer.
I have been playing WoW on and off since vanilla. I have played mage since BC and don’t have any other characters. I am currently frost.
I started hardcore raiding back in BC and was in a top 500 WW guild. Guild was named Second Nature and was on Terenas realm. I got burnt out towards the end of BC (Muru…) and stopped playing WoW again until WOD. I played semi hardcore during WOD and Legion, but then stopped playing again because I was bored.
Returned to WoW for BFA and joined a guild called Vox Nihil on [Zul’jin] and the guild was ranked 825 WW while I was part of the guild. I then had to leave WoW at the start of Nyalotha due to an illness/injury in my family that required me to move back home with my parents so I could look after them.
Now that my personal life is normal again, I am looking for a hardcore’ish guild that values progression but also values my time. I always come prepared for a raid. I research an encounter before we step foot in the raid and always make sure my gear/consumables are min/maxed. I would like to join a guild that shares those sentiments.
I have never put up with drama and try to be polite and civil with everybody and treat them the way I would like to be treated.
Faction doesn’t matter too much, but if I can stay horde, great. If not, then no big deal.
Willing to change spec if underperforming, but I tend to find a way to do well with Frost.

About us
We are Vivid a guild comprised of close friends across multiple games including wow. Most of which have been gaming together since MOP. We clear AOTC every tier we have raided and then push mythic progression. We aren’t a fully dedicated CE guild but we do like to clear content and perform well.
Expectations
First and foremost we respect each other’s time and lives. That means being on time for raid and ready to go. While real life happens and we understand we just ask a simple heads up so we can accommodate.
Players are to be up to date on class metas and come to raid prepared with relevant gear, enchants, potions, etc. We do aim to provide feast and flasks.
Adapt and overcome. Raiders should feel comfortable with their class and role and have the ability to adapt to change quickly and efficiently.
Above all else HAVE FUN! This isn’t a job and is NOT treated as one. We are a very laid back group that loves to joke around and talk smack!
Current recruiting needs
Any capable player will be considered regardless of needs.
HEALERS: Full but any qualified applicant will be looked at and we fill on a performance basis.
RANGED DPS: evoker > hunter > everything else.
MELEE DPS: DH > Rogue > Pally > everything else.

The friendship bonds that were created through our guild culture and adventures persisted stronger than a raid flask. We hope to build new friendships while fortifying the existing ones. We provide consumables, repairs, and offer a unique guild reward system for our raiders.
We have a unique mix of players of those that have recently come back, and those who continued to play at a high level (AOTC, KSM, KSH, etc.). So it is a great opportunity for those who have recently come back and want to experience content with us returners while being helped by our veterans. We were all seasoned raiders that pushed progression back in the day. But now our main focus is to be a N-S-R-G: Non-sweaty-Social-Raiding-Guild.
We are looking to have people running mythic plus, pvp, and weekly raids. We are currently 5/8H, 8/8N, and quite a few of us are already KSM. We raid Tuesday & Thursday (7:30PM CST - 10:30PM CST). Now we’re ready to progress in TWW.

Summit Gaming is coming back for future xpacks and end game content. We are looking for a good ranged dps and some solid healers to push mythic end game content, we are open to experienced raiders and officers to join our core, currently for ranged dps, now 8/8N 8/8H we are still recruiting some solid healers and ranged dps for our CE roster we also have added a day for a Atoc only group which is going to be sat. 730-1030 east
