6000+ WORLD MS in BG's only

Recently, today, when entering battlegrounds, my World MS jumps to 6000 and above.
As soon as out of the BG, it stabilizes.

Home MS is running fine at 10-30ms

It seems like this is happening to a number of people in game at the moment?

I’m going to assume you’re OCE?

Currently OCE is struggling to connect to other regions, this is also affecting Overwatch servers.
