We are only 3/8M but do raid at the times you listed (8:30-11:30 EST) and are alliance. Our guild is located on Kel’Thuzad. We offer an active discord with members in voice every day, top mythic plus for their classes on the server (#1, #2 monk, #6 Rogue, #3 warlock, #5 DH, and two top ten mages), and a growing guild looking to push CE on a two night schedule. <FinalForzaBros> is a reformed BFA alliance guild on Kel’thuzad consisting of members who have raided together from BC all the way through BFA, looking to make cutting edge on a two night schedule. FFB has members with past server first experience, looking to enjoy raiding on a lighter schedule, while still making strong progress through mythic content. In addition, FFB brings a number of strong mythic plus players, with Raider IO scores of 1000-1400+, encouraging members to complete their level ten key each week. We are a community with the desire to have fun, joke around, make a few memes and yet show up on-time, prepared and with mechanics known for raid.

Valorborn started in early Legion, but a majority of the relationships span well over a decade. A majority of the players know someone in the guild personally or have played with them for many years. Some are family, some are friends, some are internet buddies that have kicked !@# with each other for years.

Raiding:
Raiders of Valorborn should expect to see a fun but serious raid environment. During progression, especially on boss pulls, a serious tone takes over the raid Discord channel.
Mythic +:
While there is no mandatory participation required, there are many high end key pushing groups in guild. Many of these members were top for their class on Proudmoore Raider io ranking.
Social:
We’re fun. We have a very active Discord with music bots and multiple people either running dungeons or just BSing into the night. Drunk weekends are fun too.

Salt Factory is a later evening guild located on Tichondrius - US, formerly known as Insomnia of Sargeras. Over the years, we've built a community of people who genuinely like playing together. We wanted to once again come together and create something for BFA. We believe in the mantra "raid smarter, not harder" and established a guild built upon that belief. Who we are: Washed Up Scrubs is a guild created at the start of Legion by a melting pot of players with extensive end game raiding history. The core of the raid group was formed from members of Aftermath on Mal’ganis which disbanded during Mists of Pandaria and peaked at US 34th on a 3 day schedule during Dragon Soul in Cataclysm. Hey there, my friends and I recently started a guild on Stormrage alliance. We have a small squad of high end gladiator players and hardcore orange parsing pvers. We formed this guild to have an exclusive community among ourselves to push high end raid content and M+. We are currently 3/8M as a guild with a lot of scrub pugs. Thus we are seeking out dedicated, high performing players to join the progression to eliminate mediocre pugs. Some of us are higher than 3/8 up to 7/8 experience.
We are a very competitive and competent group focused on expanding our circle of friends and conquering this raid tier and going hardcore for upcoming tiers as we build a complete roster.
