Did 5x radiant echoes in a group, everybody in the group got around 200 shards but two other people and myself only got 35.

same thing happened to me did a x5 world soul event in a raid group in dorn. completed the event with over 600 points and only received 35 shards and 60 valor stones. I put in a ticket and just want a refund of 4 radiant echos as this clearly was as though I did a single one

Can confirm same thing happened to me.
Did 5x radiant echoes, everyone in group got 177 or 181 shards, I only got 33, still took my 5 of my Radiant Echoes, had over 400 points
I joined a group of friends to do the worldsoul event in Ringing Deep. 2 of my frirnds selected x1 echoes, while me and another friend selected x5 echoes. After completing the event, I did not get x5 coffer key shards and valorstones from x5 radiant echo worldsoul event. In the video, you will be able to see that I started the event with 5x echoes, and at the end of the video 1 of my friend gets a lot more coffer shards than me, and I get shards equal to my other friends who selected 1x echo for the event.
