Having the same problems. WOW51900319 error. Completely kicks me from the game and character login. The Blizzard app also disconnects and immediately reconnects. I’m not seeing other people I know have this problem but apparently there are a few on the forums. There are several posts about this exact issue, but I haven’t seen Blizzard put out a statement that they were still having problems whether in reply to one of these posts, a new post, or on Twitter.
I am also getting the WOW51900319 error. Been happening since about 2-3pm EST. As of writing this my ping for home and world are both hovering around 2800ms which is about what it’s been doing before it dcs me.
Hello! We haven’t noticed much of a trend here and no known issues at the moment. There are some issues that may correlate with the disconnections though that I’d like to check for. Would each of you be able to provide a WinMTR test to compare? Run the test for 5-10 minutes until the disconnection occurs.
Copy and paste the text file created and paste it between two ~~~ like so:

WinMTR Here

And just a few more questions! Are any of you experiencing the issue on specific characters or does this happen for all characters? What realms are you experiencing issues with?
This has been happening to all my character’s on sargeras server at least I haven’t checked other servers. How do I paste the winmtr test to here? It keeps saying I can’t post links.
It lags like for a very short time in the winMTR test it seems and then it goes back to normal. But that lag is enough to DC me everytime. I tried the test twice and they both turned out similar.
This does look fairly different from OP’s connection test. It’s showing an 8% loss throughout the test, but it was only ran for about a 1.5 minutes which may not provide the most accurate results. Just off this test though, It looks like ISP throttling or mitigation.
I have a few recommendations for the home network that may help. Try checking the router’s firmware for updates and resetting the devices can help. If it persists, check for QoS (Quality of Service), WMM (Wireless multimedia), and UPnP (Universal Plug and Play). If these settings are enabled, try disabling them and retest.
For anyone else running into this issue and able to try an alternative network, does the issue persist?
I reset my router back to default settings as well as windows firewall and i am still getting ~10% packet loss. And I checked my router’s firmware and there aren’t any updates. The new winMTR is running still. I’m getting around 1000+ms home and world in game. Yea idk it’s not dcing me now. Now I just have crazy ping. Time will tell I guess.
Update 10:28 I was just dced finally. I’m out of ideas.
Now I’m getting dced every 2min
People have been reporting this alot today due to the server issues that were stated this morning about server dcs etc. Everything else works fine. Funny thing is when it happens wow dc’s. the bnet launcher also seems to disconnect and reconnect. when it does happen this forum page wont load also. but every other website works fine. I also tried Diablo 3 aswell. got the same issue happening too. Seems to be all blizzard ip related.
