I have expired mail on an AH alt that I’d like recovered, however the mail recovery service is not working for a character with as many expired mails as he has and I keep getting a 502 server error (characters with less expired mail can recover just fine). I opened a ticket and after a bit of back and forth the GM told me that they were unable to manually restore my mail. I am also posting this in the customer support forum.
