500 server error in account settings

After logging into Battlenet account, I’m going to Account Settings and selecting Games & Subscriptions to download clients but the webpage briefly loads for about a second then refreshes with a 500 server error. Tried all the troubleshooting steps: cleared browser cache and cookies, disabled all ad blockers, etc. I have also tried logging in from different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) but all exhibit the same behavior. Edge does not have any extensions or blockers and is running all native settings. I have even tried logging in using different browsers on different devices (my desktop, friend’s laptop, my smartphone) and still get the same behavior. At this point I don’t think it’s on my end; this seems to be account related.

I initially searched for and found this thread linked below that describes the same exact problem where a blue said a fix was rolled out.
