500 Internal Server Error for Guild Page

Our Armory Guild Page is returning an 500 internal server error when anyone attempts to access the page.

Several other forum topics under the Website Bug report have been created. Our issue does not seem to be isolated.

We also do not show up in the World of Warcraft Search feature / area. Search - WoW does not return an entry for Arthas-US.

I have attempted to reach out to in-game support and have been asked to create a topic here. I have cleared my cache, disabled AdBlockPlus and other ad-blockers and utilized Google Chrome and Firefox to test this issue.

Please look into this issue as many others are attempting to access their guild pages and cannot.

Same error. Guild has a special character in the name. ìnfamous-Thrall

Hope Monday has gone well for some folks.

I wanted to provide a quick update on what I noticed this weekend when reviewing other guild pages and this bug.

I noticed that multiple entries , like database entries, exists for a given guild.

For example, when I search “Standing In Fire” , two entries can be found in the Search result:

Notice how Cairne-US shows up twice in that Search result.

Let’s try another one, someone in this thread.
