Multiple AOTC’s and CE’s throughout my time, been playing evoker for awhile now, going to main it im pretty much free m-sunday! 5 cst to 10 cst, current guild im in right now is only worried about progression and not gear or the team as a whole. I am interested in high m+ and aotc/ casual mythic progression maybe more serious if the team is right Bnet is Bryan#14325 willing to trial and switch servers/factions! looking forward to it!

I am the GM/ RL of The Alliance guild, Exclusive Outcasts (EO) on Kel’thuzad. We are an AOTC/ mythic prog guild! This guild is over 5 years old. We earn AOTC every patch, and normally had casual mythic prog. CE is the current goal of the guild at this time!

We raid Wednesday/Thursday 8:30pm - 12:00 AM (6:30-10 server)
Healers is our top priority at this time. Soon as we fill that role, we have a stable 22+ people. Also looking for DPS to push and compete for a spot on the team. Along with bench/filler team members for when we have attendance issues. All sports are earned, never in stone. This guild is a mature/ dark humor atmosphere. We poke fun all the time, but we can snap back into focus immediately. It’s important to have a good/fun atmosphere but be able to focus up when the going gets tough or its time to game.
Tanks - Two main tanks are set. Off tanks for mythic plus.
Healers - core healer / bench healers.
Dps - Aug evoker. Havoc DH - Ranged dps. (Any DPS TBH, not picky)
We run keys nightly all week long, all you gotta do is ask for help! Mythic plus night are Friday and Saturday for us to help each other get keys done. KSM= always achieved. Super excited for the new season :).

Hello. My group/guild disbanded knights is looking for more ranged dps for our roster. Our goal this season is heroic clears on all raids and maybe dabble in some mythic. Consistently Better’s goal as a raid group is to cultivate a team of like minded core raiders who work together to set a goal and accomplish a Cutting-Edge raid team.

Reliability - Be trusted to follow through on your commitments. If you sign up to attend an event, be there. If something comes up take a moment to change your RSVP Status and notify your team-mates. We understand that life happens, and the real world comes first, but communication is key.
Preparation and Self Sufficiency - We want self-sufficient members who value each player’s responsibility to show up to raid as the best possible version of themselves. We expect each and every team member to take the necessary initiative to better themselves in-game and out. This means research, gearing, consumables, class/rotation knowledge etc… Teams are all about helping each other out and we are happy to help you gear, answer questions, or help you improve your play. No one wants to spend their valuable time helping someone who isn’t willing to help themselves.
Class Mastery and Performance - We want to ensure that our Core Raiders have achieved a reasonable level of mastery of their class/spec. Our Core Raiders should be striving to regularly improve performance.
Recruitment Process
Casuals are always welcome! Trials last 2-4 weeks as needed based on performance for the competitive roster.

My name is Olav I’m a multi CE HOF raider that raid-leads a weekend guild on the side as a passion. The guild’s name is Parses on Trash - Dalaran. We raid Friday & Saturday from 8:30pm est till 11:30pm est and are looking for a couple people to fill the roster (especially rogue & 2 healers).
7/8m vault (I wasn’t there yet)
9/9m aberrus (I joined them on sark to help them get CE)
8/9M amirdrassil, I was co-raid leading, we weren’t able to get CE due to the lack of motivation and preperation of some raiders which caused fyrakk to take too long.
After Amirdrassil we’ve reformed and restructured a bit, we removed some players who’s performance wasn’t up to par, I became the raid-leader and we’re working on creating an environment of raiders where everyone is motivated to raid, wants to improve and enjoys raiding together.

The atmosphere:
We offer a highly active, social, teamwork oriented, adult environment. We believe in player development, including gearing and training players without elitism or cliques. We do not have any ilvl requirements to join our guild. Gear can be easily obtained, but good people are priceless.
“Special snowflake” accommodations, safe spaces, and “preferred pronouns” not available. Must understand the difference between helping and having control issues. If ex-military leadership causes triggers or meltdowns, this is probably not the guild for you.
