I personally would take a lower geared toon who had a higher rating as they’ve put the work in and no how the dungeons are than a higher geared toon with a low rating.

thats the thing, it isnt really typically the case. im getting people with high gear, high rating trying to get their bullions into my pitiful m0 group.

Couple things:
1). Not sure why people hide behind classic toons for retail stuff (afraid of people looking at your acc stuff?)
2). Lot’s of people just want to do quick runs for the weekly
3). over 60 times? i would have just formed my own group after the 2nd time. not sure what didn’t click with you after the first 10 times. You would have had better luck lol.

Its always one of the 3, Your ilvl is fine your IO is too low. Your IO is high your ilvl is too low, everything maxed out, well your not the right spec.

The issue will never end until we start getting alternative options, but then there would be nothing left to prop up M+.

I’m 509 ilvl and got declined repeatedly from weekly groups yesterday with one person saying “too low, doing fast runs”. People are very intelligent.

Of course not, but when there’s a list of 50 dps and there’s no point in vetting the group you just invite the highest ilvl because it’s easy. It’s not like you need to wait for them to join, its a matter of do i invite the 495 or the 510? Doesnt matter guess ill just invite the 510

Here’s the actual answer to getting your M0 dungeons and not getting declined:

Make your own group.

There’s literally no other way to guarantee it, especially as DPS. Especially as a hunter lol otherwise you better have very good gear like many have stated previously and you can still get turned down.

So yeah… make your own group. Then you become the arbiter of accepting/declining people. GL

Finding a guild or community is a good recommendation, though.

Probably because 20 other dps signed up at the same time you did and they are all 510+. When I post my own key I will easily get 40 sign ups in a matter of seconds if I’m searching for a dps

This is NOT and NEVER will be a valid solution to the problem of playing the character someone wants to actually play.

Of course it isn’t, but this is what you may HAVE to do if you want to do M+ rapidly/farm them. DPS are a dime a dozen, being a dime a dozen means you wait quite long and that’s the price you pay as a DPS. There is no solution here as nothing is broken.

You should be able to queue for M0, that is the problem in a nutshell.

Mythic+ is a whole different animal, but Ion and his goons are trying to make them one in the same.

And, yes, I have that problem at that item level.
